Project Commencement and First Fixings

On project commencement the property is stripped, inspected and a meeting is held with all contractors involved in the job. Then the first fixing of electricals and central heating (if required) is carried out, alongside wiring in the kitchens and plastering and plumbing as required.

Installation and Second Fixings

The next step is the installation of kitchen and bathroom fixtures and fittings, before the second fixing of electricals, plumbing and joinery.

Decorating, Internal Completion and Interiors

Now it's almost time for the aesthetics... the fourth step is decorating and completion of internal works prior to furnishing, including testing of all equipment, before cleaning and choosing carpets and curtains.

Handover or Furnishings

The final step is either the big client handover or furnishing if required. Julian Maurice Property Developments offer several Furniture Packages and can fit out a property in line with a client's requirements and in compliance with lettings agents.
