The Core Package
Ideal for property developers who are looking for a basic package but one that still offers a sense of style. With good quality furniture that will last, whilst basic this package provides everything you need to rent or sell your property stylishly furnished.
Containing all inventory items required for the city centre letting market, including leather sofas, faux leather beds, artwork, and all kitchen appliances as well as a glass dining table.
Also included in the price are a number of finishing touches, that we believe should not be forgotten about. Lamp shades, bedside lamps, curtains, cushions..all the little things that help make tenants feel at home and warm to your property.
The iDesign Option
Ideal for putting a stylish stamp on a property, this package offers a fully co-ordinated scheme, providing a very polished, designer looking interior.
Painting one feature wall in both the lounge and master bedroom, colour schemes help bring otherwise plain rooms to life.
