From 2 bed to 8 room properties in Leeds, Julian Maurice Property Developments can fully refurb and furnish your student accommodation with minimum fuss and maximum impact. Including curtains, blinds, lampshades, throws (and artwork, if required) the team consistently achieve higher rental values per room and lettings for longer periods in all of their furnished properties.

The team regularly work with landlords of student properties and so are used to working to the 8 week turnaround required, completing on time and on budget.
